With a family lineage of builders and 45 years of experience, this fourth-generation custom home builder in Okaloosa County is truly an expert in the field. Adding to their expertise, they have also worked as a building inspector for both Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

Denise Clary Gaskin

EXPERIENCE GREAT BUILDING

After finishing high school at Laurel Hill, Denise moved on to the University of Montevallo. Following graduation, she quickly got her state license as a residential contractor. In Florida, she also obtained licenses for building, electrical work, mechanical systems, plumbing and building inspection.

Denise's career started out working with her grandfather and father -- both builders -- before stepping into roles as a building inspector in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
